3-Year Warranty Coverage:

1. Car & Truck Exhaust & Emission Systems:

   - Catalytic Converters

2. Wheel Hub & Bearings:

   - Wheel Bearings

1-Year Warranty Coverage:

1. Ignition Systems & Components:

   - Ignition Coils

Non-Warranty Parts:

- Brake pads

Warranty Conditions:

- Applies to normal operating conditions only

- Does not cover damage caused by improper installation, unauthorized disassembly, misuse, etc.

- All warranty claims are subject to Gaiasurge Inc. examination

Warranty Claims Process:

To make a claim, the purchaser must provide:

1. The defective product
2. Proof of purchase

Gaiasurge will, at its discretion:

- Repair or replace the defective product free of charge, or

- Refund the purchase price

Note: The warranty period for any replacement product will not exceed the remaining term of the original warranty.

Warranty Void Conditions:

1. Improper installation or installer abuse
2. Intentional damage not caused by manufacturing defects
3. Use not specified by Gaiasurge
4. Unauthorized repairs or modifications
5. Brake rotors or pads worn beyond minimum thickness

This warranty is provided in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Neither Gaiasurge nor its dealers or their agents are authorized to extend or enlarge this warranty.
